This innovative system allows us to deliver stylish, tailor-made stand designs, often complemented with bespoke accessories for a unique finish.
We give equal importance to elements such as furniture and information counters. These are not only functional components but also key contributors to the overall visual impact of your exhibition stand.
For this stand, we incorporated the following components, among others:
- Illuminated LED-panels
This means that the printed fabrics (photos, images, texts) are lighted from the back to create an eye-catching result.

Installation and dismantling of your stand, executed by our standbuilding team, is included. - Flooring
Flooring as shown in the design is included. You can choose out of different colors / styles. - Furniture
All tables/chairs/furniture as shown in the design (or similar) are included. You can choose multiple models, styles and colors. - All logistics
Transportation of your exhibition stand to the show floor, and back to our customer warehouse, is included. - Projectmanagement
Full projectmanagement from our project managers to guarantee you a hassle-free trade show preparation and organization is included. - Complete hardware
Complete hardware for walls and roof constructions, exhibition counters, showcases and platforms is included.
Not included in the full-service rental package are:
Costs from the show organizer or external service partners, e.g:

To produce your graphics and prints, we need from you ready-to-print digital files. If you are not able to supply these, we produce these files for you, and make you a fair offer for that.
