The high-end modular system allows us to produce durable, reusable stands that still provide a custom-designed appearance. Tailor-made details can be added for extra individuality.
Attention to detail extends to the seating areas, furniture, and counters, which are key for both usability and creating a strong impression.
To enhance presence on the exhibition floor, the following elements are included:

Displays en branded elements above your stand ensure more visibility, an increased image and a professional look. - Storage
Especially the somewhat larger exhibition stands cannot do without a lockable space, which can be used as a storage or as a small kitchen.
In this exhibition stand we have designed a raised floor. This does not only help your booth to stand out and give it a more attractive presence, but also has some practical features like hiding away the electricity underneath the flooring. With a modular floor we can guarantee you a sleek and level flooring, regardless the venue floor which isn’t always flat.

All tables/chairs/furniture as shown in the design (or similar) are included. You can choose multiple models, styles and colors. - All logistics
Transportation of your exhibition stand to the show floor, and back to our customer warehouse, is included. - Projectmanagement
Full projectmanagement from our project managers to guarantee you a hassle-free trade show preparation and organization is included. - Complete hardware
Complete hardware for walls and roof constructions, exhibition counters, showcases and platforms is included.
Not included in the full-service rental package are:
Costs from the show organizer or external service partners, e.g:

To produce your graphics and prints, we need from you ready-to-print digital files. If you are not able to supply these, we produce these files for you, and make you a fair offer for that.
