Based on this system, the ISYFAIR designers develop attractive and communicative exhibition stands which are reusable and sustainable. If needed, they integrate custom crafted elements to the stand design.
The reception desk and the stand furniture are chosen in the style of the exhibition stand, as these elements play and important role when it comes to the image of the stand and your brand.
Visibility and a professional appearance are important factors for any successful exhibition stand. Therefore, the following components are integrated in this design concept:
- Illuminated LED-panels
The visuals are illuminated from the back with the effect that the images and texts are more attractive and better visible. - Storage
This is very useful for your refrigerator, coffee maker and other kitchenware, and for storing your belongings and (promotional) materials during the and after the show days.

Installation and dismantling of your stand, executed by our standbuilding team, is included. - Flooring
Flooring as shown in the design is included. You can choose out of different colors / styles. - Furniture
All tables/chairs/furniture as shown in the design (or similar) are included. You can choose multiple models, styles and colors. - All logistics
Transportation of your exhibition stand to the show floor, and back to our customer warehouse, is included. - Projectmanagement
Full projectmanagement from our project managers to guarantee you a hassle-free trade show preparation and organization is included. - Complete hardware
Complete hardware for walls and roof constructions, exhibition counters, showcases and platforms is included.
Not included in the full-service rental package are:

To produce your graphics and prints, we need from you ready-to-print digital files. If you are not able to supply these, we produce these files for you, and make you a fair offer for that.
